  • It is possible that information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors (although we are spelling and punctuation freaks and try our best to make sure this NEVER happens).

    Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Octopus Parlour reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.


  • Privacy Policy

  • Octopus Parlour will never distribute, sell or in any way share your personal information with anyone. We also will never add your email address to mailing lists without your permission. The octopi hate receiving spam and would never allow any to be sent to you. We use your information for processing and shipping your order only.

    Also, for your security, we do not have access to your credit card numbers or bank account information as all payments are processed by Paypal. Please visit Paypal's website, Paypal.com for more information.


  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Octopus Parlour ships merchandise within the United States and U.S. territories via USPS Priority Mail with both delivery confirmation and insurance. This way if your package is lost or arrives damaged, we can either send you out a new item (if available) or issue a refund or store credit. It usually takes between 2-3 days for your package to arrive once the order has been shipped.

    Additionally, Octopus Parlour ships merchandise internationally via USPS Priority Mail only. The only exception to this is Canada: we will ship First Class to Canada with a certificate of mailing for the same price as shipping within the U.S. if preferred. However, please be aware that international First Class delivery time can be between 1 - 6 weeks. Usually it will not take the full 6 weeks, but occasionally this may happen so please sit tight!


  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the customer's responsibility and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. Please check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are having your order shipped permits the importation of Octopus Parlour's products. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that arise from violating these laws.


  • Sales Tax

  • Octopus Parlour charges sales tax for merchandise being shipped to the state of New Mexico only.


  • Return Policy

  • The octopi wish for your utmost happiness, so if your jewelry or work of art is defective in any way, please contact us immediately.

    We will send you instructions for shipping it back to us and we will reimburse your costs. We will then fix it or make you a new one and send it out free of charge. If for some reason we are unable to get the parts to either repair it or make you a new piece we will refund your money or issue you a credit. The octopi want you to be very pleased with your new purchase and expect it to last for longer than they will.

    We will not issue refunds, credits or offer free repairs on jewelry that has been broken due to neglect or misuse (ex: leaving it on the floor and stepping on it, if your pet has a go at it behind your back, smashing it into a wall while dancing, you get the point). However, if your jewelry is in need of repair, please contact us. We can assess the damage and send you a quote for repair costs.

    If you order the wrong size or color, we will exchange it for something you'd prefer, but cannot issue refunds as all sizes and colors are posted.

    If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original packaging if applicable. The customer will pay for shipping of the unwanted item back to Octopus Parlour. We highly recommend insuring the package as we cannot issue credits if it is lost in transit.

    Once the item arrives in an unworn, new condition a credit will be issued or the new item will be sent out. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for exchanges. If the item is obviously worn, scratched, damaged or in any way unsellable, no credit will be issued.


  • Miscellaneous

  • Because of Proposition 65, all products being shipped to California must not be intended for children 12 or under. Although all of our jewelry is lead-free to the best of our knowledge, we do use a lot of vintage pieces in our work. However, all vintage enameled metal pieces are sealed with a clear coat.
